Goal Setting/Value Clafication Graduates of the RLA Feb 2011 Workshop

Congratulations to all the graduates who just completed the Value Clarification and Goal Setting Workshop organized by the Refuge Leadership Academy. I have opened this blog to follow-up on important points that will be helpful in implementing some of the lessons learned. For the learning process is more important than the event. Over the next few weeks, I will be posting assignments, useful management links and comments that I believe will be of great help in solidifying all that you learnt during the workshop. Also, there will parts that we might have left out of the workshop due to the time constraints, which we will need to post here. So please visit the page often.
